Domestic Shipping:

We offer free UK delivery for orders over £25. For orders below this amount, we have two flat rate shipping options:

         

  • Evri 48: £2.96
  • Evri 24: £3.95

Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 2 working days for shipment processing. We work closely with Evri to ensure that your package is delivered to you in a timely manner.

Delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods. We kindly ask that you allow up to seven working days for your order to be delivered.

If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please note that we will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. Rest assured, we will do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping at a flat rate of £4.99. We want to make our products accessible to customers worldwide, and we strive to ensure that your order reaches you no matter where you are.

Just like with domestic shipping, we aim to dispatch international orders within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 2 working days for shipment processing.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your location. We recommend allowing sufficient time for your package to reach you, taking into account any customs clearance procedures that may be required.

Tracking and Insurance:

To provide you with peace of mind, we offer tracking options for all shipments. If you would like to track your package, please contact us at info@tweezy.co.uk, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or insurance.
